a script update:
well it looks as hough im finally drawing near the end of the bulk of the work on the script, all that remains is some tedious revisions and deletions. we shall see how this goes.....
in the works
here for about six months now i've been developing a story and just in the past two months i've been getting it down on paper. i've been writing a script that has taken up much of my time but, at least i believe, it's well worth it. it is my plan to have it finished here in the next month or so. it's a story that i'm not quite ready to disclose to the masses yet. but eventually, i might give a little insight to it. all i can say right now is that it's not for the squeamish.
Rob Zombie
it only feels right to have a section on one of horror's most brilliant minds, mr. rob zombie. he is one of my personal idols, being a musician, song writer, producer, screenwriter, and director. his is one of the most inovative minds in the world of terror. zombie's music career dates back to the late '80s with "white zombie," an american rock band that focused mainly on the fantasy aspect of horror concepts, and continues to the present wih his solo career. zombie has produced many cds as well as films, including, "house of 1000 corpses," "the devil's rejects," "halloween," and "halloween 2."
a truly frightening concept
who's to say this is real?
who's to say this is more than a dream?
what if we're not alone?
what if, more frightening, we are alone?
maybe there's nothing more to life than death.
maybe there's nothing more to look forward to than what we have right in front of us.
is that so hard to believe?
is that so hard to accept?
there is no God.
there is no Devil.
there is only you and me.
there is only you and me,
and this pathetic endeavor we call life.
Red Red Krovvy
"a clockwork orange"
(movie)
a brilliant work of art; beautifully orchestrated. sick, twisted, horrific, provocative, and political. a mesmerizing feature that kept me clinging to the edge of my seat with every word.

the execution of the plot was brilliantly done.
nightmares, more than just bad dreams?
Many believe that our dreams are more than just the result of chemical reactions in our brain as it "reboots" just before we wake up. "Dreaming" takes place during what is referred to as R.E.M. sleep; or Rapid Eye Movement sleep. But are our dreams merely a recollection of our subconscious? Could there possibly be a supernatural aspect to them? Native American cultures would interpret dreams according to their subject matter and determine them as having different meanings. How are we to interpret nightmares? Might they be frightening images resurfacing in our mind's eye as it sifts through subconscious thoughts? Or is there more to it than that? Can we entertain the idea that, possibly, these terrifying nightly imaginations, that put us in horrifying situations, may, in fact, be the work of our very own "Freddy?" Our minds are our truest enemy. As Hamlet states "O God, I could be bounded in a nut shell and count myself a king of infinite space, were it not that I have bad dreams." For maybe, it is our dreams that we should be listening to. Feelings of déjà vu that sometimes occur in the daylight hours often spawn from nighttime imagining. What if our demise were specifically set out in our dreams, and we wake up in a cold sweat, breathing heavily, discerning between reality and fantasy, would we withhold also the power to prevent such terrible happenings? What happens when dreams, are more than just dreams? What happens when nightmares, are realities?
